Admitted Students – Required Forms and Info

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Hilltop in a couple of months! Prior to attending the camp, there are a few forms and processes we need each student/guardian to complete.

Required Forms:

• Student Code of Conduct  – All students must complete this form with their parent/guardian prior to arriving at the camp.
• Consent to Emergency Medical Treatment  – All parents/guardians must complete this form to allow the Georgetown Debate Seminar staff to seek emergency treatment for students in the event of a medical emergency.
• Supplemental Health and Info Form  – All parents/guardians must complete this form so the Georgetown Debate Seminar staff is aware of any health and medical concerns.

Payment Information:

• Payment Platform:  Deposits for the Georgetown Debate Seminar/GDDI, as well as remaining tuition, can be paid via CampusGroups. Please note, you will need to create an account to access the CampusGroups platform.
• Deposits: Deposits are nonrefundable and due by May 15th, 2024.
• Tuition: Tuition is due by June 15th, 2024. Please note, there are separate tuition options available for commuters and residential students. Please select the tuition option that aligns with your application.
• Financial Aid: Decisions will be made in May.
