Georgetown Debate Seminar
The Georgetown Debate Seminar is an elite debate summer workshop for high school students with a passion for argumentation. We offer programs in both policy debate and public speaking. The seminar offers an unparalleled experience with top-tier faculty, a well-crafted curriculum, and an unbeatable location in the nation’s capital!
Applications for the 2024 camp open on December 22nd, 2023!
Application decisions will be announced on a rolling basis starting March 1st, 2024.
Accepted students will receive an email with important information regarding logistics, labs, payment links, etc. If you are an accepted student who has not received this link, please email georgetowndebateseminar@gmail.com.
Required Forms:
- Student Code of Conduct (new window) – All students must complete this form with their parent/guardian prior to arriving at the camp.
- Consent to Emergency Medical Treatment (new window) – All parents/guardians must complete this form to allow the Georgetown Debate Seminar staff to seek emergency treatment for students in the event of a medical emergency.
- Supplemental Health and Info Form (new window) – All parents/guardians must complete this form so the Georgetown Debate Seminar staff is aware of any health and medical concerns.
